To solve the problem of talent shortage in the cross-border e-commerce field in Hubei Province, Wuhan Cross border E-commerce Association and Wuhan Changjiang International Trade Cross border E-commerce Industrial Park have jointly created the "Hubei Cross border New Star Talent Plan" with Yihuo Cross border, aiming to deeply connect with universities in Hubei Province, accurately match industry talent needs, build practical bridges for college students who are interested in engaging in the cross-border e-commerce field, and explore talent training models in the cross-border e-commerce field. This plan has received positive response and strong support from nearly 20 higher education institutions such as Wuhan University of Science and Technology and Hubei University of Technology, and is expected to send at least 3000 college students who have undergone practical training to the society every year.
